Role Title: Assoc. Dir. DDIT Dev. GCO Tech. Design
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive forward thinking and innovation within business w.r.to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting attitude together with other DDIT function
• Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products and Improve the 'ease of engagement' with DDIT for the business
• Support the business to understand their choices to handle technology costs and Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions
• Successful delivery and operations of standardized DDIT solutions for the Novartis [business process/site/sub-function] that are well aligned to the business strategy and global DDIT Strategy
• Relationship Management, Demonstrating digital technology / big data, Multi-national global experience, Influencing without authority, Collaborating across boundaries
• Demonstrating technology for business and customer needs, Partnering, Knowledge of new, emerging and latest market trends, Business Analysis, Requirements Definition & Management, Analytical Thinking and Financial Modelling, Influencing and persuading, Managing challenges, Proactive thinking

Role Requirements :
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a business/technical/scientific area.
Experience
• Min. 8-10 years in Development IT with min. 2-3 years in R&D Pharma development.
• Good experience of min. 5 years in collaborator management, business partnering with exposure to lead teams in multi-functional complex technology landscape.
• Be the Liaison in understanding the business expectations and requirements.
• Strong understand of demand management, project management from start to finish.
• Good communication skills with ability to influence the collaborators.
• Ability to work in an agile changing environment and adaptive to changing business needs.
• Self-starter with motivation to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Able to report to management on metrics and performance.
