Work for the number one pharma company in Slovakia! We are looking for a TA Coordinator who would support us and would be responsible for the independent delivery of profound administrative services in a local and global context.

About the Role

Key responsibilities:
• Maintenance of close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the TA team.Communication with Brand Manager, Sales Manager, Key Account Managers.
• Preparation of programs of meetings concerning organizational aspects and materials supply, coordination in marketing and field for this purpose (Cycle meetings,
medical congresses, seminars etc.)
• Provision of support to TA team in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings coordinating with legal, ERC, finance, and other functions ensuring alignment and consistency of messages
• Supervisory tasks: Guarantees a smooth adjustment to the job of new employees in their area of responsibility. Takes over supervising colleagues in the administrative area (e.g. apprentices, new employees etc.), approval process, reconciliation
• Organization and attending of meetings, including taking meeting minutes, distributing them promptly, and keeping action items, as needed
• Preparation and update of reports (in coordination with other functions and divisions)
• General administrative support: takes care of general administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes also in case of the absence of the line manager/team members.
• Communication with vendors and management of orders in the system
• Coordination of internal communication together with an HR representative for Slovakia

Essential requirements:
• Secondary school, preferably Business Administration, or university degree
• Proficient Slovak
• English on communication level – written and spoken
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position
• Ability to prioritize
• Good communication skills
• Good Time Management and organization skills

You’ll receive:
• Competitive salary starting at 1 800 Eur/month (the final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience) along with a yearly bonus.
